Claudio I. Balladares

Mr. Balladares joined The Law Offices of Paul K. Schrier, PLLC in 2016. Mr. Balladares graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 2015. During law school, Mr. Balladares was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association, where he served as the Director of Finance. However, his experience in the legal field began long before attending law school. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Balladares worked on a wide range of legal issues stemming from Worker’s Compensation matters for a major infrastructure engineering and construction company to handling complex International Entertainment litigation cases for Latin-American musicians. After working for and against major insurance companies, Mr. Balladares realized that his passion lies in helping people take on the powerful insurance companies. His experience working on both sides of the aisle has honed his skills allowing him to fiercely represent the interests of his clients.

Mr. Balladares primarily works in the personal injury protection division handling claims for all types of healthcare providers, including doctors and orthopedics whom have not been properly compensated for services rendered to patients following motor vehicle accidents.
