Norma R. Mandulak

Norma R. Mandulak is a member of the Litigation Department.Previously Ms. Mandulak practiced in the areas of corporate law and banking law where she advised clients in the formation, operation and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. She also has experience in organizing nonprofit organizations and in achieving and maintaining organizations' exempt status.Ms. Mandulak's banking experience includes assisting credit card issuers in drafting and negotiating third-party marketing agreements.Ms. Mandulak has also represented purchasers and sellers in connection with residential real estate closings in Connecticut.Ms. Mandulak is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Business Law Section and the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section. She also is a member of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce and serves as a member of the United Way's Vision Council.She earned her B.S. in economics from Southern Connecticut State University in 1992 and her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1999.
