Colin grew up in a military family throughout the US and Europe before graduating from high school on the Peninsula.
Colin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech in 2003, and his Juris Doctor from George Mason School of Law in 2006.
In Law School, Colin worked as a law clerk for a law firm in Northern Virginia specializing in personal injury litigation, and interned at the United States Department of Justice in our Nation's Capital. Additionally, Colin was a member of George Mason's Law Review.
After graduating from Law School, Colin returned to Hampton Roads and practiced as a trial lawyer for five years at the Office of the Public Defender for the City of Norfolk.
There, Colin zealously represented his clients charged with every class of criminal offenses ranging from misdemeanors to first degree murder in hundreds of bench trials and numerous jury trials.
Colin's area of Practice includes Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defense. He is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA) and the Virginia State Bar. When away from the office, Colin enjoys snow skiing, boating with family on the Chesapeake Bay, and traveling with his wife.
