James is a 2020 graduate of Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He joined Subin Associates in early 2022, as a member of our Construction Accident Team. While in law school, James was a Staff Editor for the Drexel Law Review and served as a mentor in the school's Leadership Fellows Mentorship Program. After graduation, James worked in one of New York's largest defense departments litigating matters in Transportation Law and Insurance Defense. Switching roles, James' then joined a boutique personal injury firm handling medical malpractice and general personal injury matters. He comes to Subin Associates with experience on both sides of cases, an attribute that will serve him well as he litigates complex construction accident cases.
