Biography
Jim Dodson spent many years of his long legal career as a partner in a large personal injury law firm, but he had some different ideas about how to practice law. He envisioned a practice centered on the clients’ needs, where he could get to know his clients and be personally involved in their cases. He wanted to create an environment where any client would feel comfortable about calling, where every client with a question about their case could easily get an answer, and where all clients could expect to have their phone calls returned. Jim turned this vision into a reality when he opened his own practice in 2001.
At Jim Dodson Law, Jim and his staff work with every client to develop a close, personal relationship based on mutual respect and trust. We focus on helping the injured and the families of those who have died because of some other person’s wrongdoing. Jim has been practicing law for more than 25 years and accepts only personal injury and wrongful death cases. He uses his experienced negotiating skills against insurance companies who know he’s willing and able to try any case in court if his client’s case requires it, and he’s a formidable opponent before a jury.
