I contacted Cousins Law Firm (one of the many firms I called) to find out if they could help me with a Lemon Law Case. From the first message they answered, which it was promptly, I felt welcomed. Lawyer Patrick Cousins took generous time on the phone to discuss and analyze my case. Was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but most of all had the honesty to tell me the pros and cons and possible outcomes, rather than speeding the conversation and trying to sell something that might not happen. Cousins Law Firm preformed very well in communications, strategy, and strength against defendant.. Every roadblock presented by defendant was met with succinct and timely counter action. Case was won at arbitration which is rare in FL. Patrick and team was prepared to go to trial if necessary. Sense of humor along the journey was appreciated. Highly recommended.
