Biography
Jason Neufeld is the founder of Elder Needs Law, PLLC, and is proud to represent senior citizens and younger disabled adults in various matters including Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Incapacity Planning and Probates throughout Florida.
Since 2012, Jason has been honored as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyer's magazine or a "Legal Elite" from Florida Trends magazine. Jason earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University and obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami.
Jason is on the board of directors of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, North Dade Bar Association, North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Broward Coalition on Aging. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a Leadership Broward Class XXXII (Aroo!) Graduate. Jason sits on the Miami-Dade Mayor's Initiative on Aging Subcommittee of the Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade.
Jason has previously sat on a 11th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and was honored with a proclamation (Jason Neufeld Day) from North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin in 2007 for his civic activism.
