Damon P. Borrelli

Whether on the battlefield or in the courtroom, Attorney Borrelli is a relentless fighter, always focusing on the pursuit of justice through well-developed and balanced plans encompassing compassion, determination, and reliable results. Formulated at an early age through his honorable service in the Marine Corps and as a war veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Attorney Borrelli attributes these core values as the bedrock of his successes in the legal arena.

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine, Attorney Borrelli developed a wide breadth of knowledge in the areas of biological, physiological, and anatomical anomalies including the complex and intricate effects various disabilities can have on a person’s ability to function as well as their impact upon legal matters.

Attorney Borrelli graduated summa cum laude from the Rhode Island Municipal Police Academy and was chosen by his peers as class ethical representative. His accomplished career in law enforcement including service as a SWAT team member, Field Training Officer, and Union President has provided him with a unique insight into criminal law and procedure. From simple traffic violations to more complex misdemeanor and felony charges, Attorney Borrelli can put his years of experience to work for you.

As a Board Member of a national non-profit, Badge of Life, an organization committed to increasing awareness and reduction of police stress, trauma and suicide; he works to develop training and educational programs in the United States and Canada. He is also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, National Contract Management Association, National Italian American Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, The Federalist Society, and the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternal Brotherhood.
