Description: Out of law school Mr. Zahn began his legal career working for the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society in the Family Court Division. Hearings and trials before the Court were routine weekly events in such cases as child custody, support, family offenses, child abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, violations of orders of protection and Grandparent visitation with their Grandchildren. Thereafter, Mr. Zahn was transferred to the Criminal Division where he represented individuals who were charged with felonies, misdemeanors and violations of the Penal law.

Note: Mr. Zahn obtained a $1,200,000.00 jury verdict in a medical malpractice breast cancer case in Suffolk County Supreme Court, Riverhead, New York. The Appellate Division, Second Department upheld $1,100,000.00 of the jury's verdict on appeal.
