Jason Tuttle is a North Carolina attorney with more than two decades of experience representing individuals in both personal injury and business litigation matters. He finds personal injury to be particularly rewarding because it allows him the opportunity to assist accident victims through the difficult times that arise when an injury has disrupted their lives.
As both an attorney and a counselor at law, Jason believes it is an attorney's role to advise clients not just on their legal matters, but also, to acknowledge the collateral consequences of a case on a person's life. He works closely with Ed Gaskins and other founding members of Everett Gaskins Hancock to ensure we not only advise our clients legally, but also, marshal them through the personal challenges their cases present.
Jason is an active member of the Wake County Bar Association, where he chairs the Athletics Committee and previously served on the Board of Directors. He has been a Guest Lecturer at both North Carolina State University and the UNC School of Law, and is honored to be AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell for his legal ability and commitment to ethical standards in his practice.
Jason currently lives in Raleigh with his wife and three sons.
