I am Daniel J. Lounsbury and I have practiced law for over twenty years. I am one of the most recent of several generations of lawyers in my family. I am first and foremost a husband and father. My wife and I have a large family of seven children. My personal experiences as a father make me particularly vigilant and protective of cases involving children.
I am very involved in my community, my church, my children's schools, and as a youth coach. I have spent many years coaching multiple sports but most recently have been a soccer coach to hundreds of Salem area youth from age 5 to high school. In addition to being a Parent Teacher Club President at my children's school, I have been a Boy Scout leader and mentor to a few hundred boys over the years.
For recreation, I love to hike, camp, fish and enjoy all types of sports. I am also a part-time runner and enjoy long distance relays and road races such as Portland's Hood to Coast.
