Biography
Daniel Petrov founded Petrov Law Firm. He is both the manager and a Vista personal injury lawyer for the firm.
Mr. Petrov handles all kinds of injury cases arising from accidents caused by the negligent or intentional actions of another. He has experience pursuing at-fault parties and their insurers for bicycle accidents, brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, slip and fall accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Mr. Petrov also handles wrongful death claims on behalf of families of deceased accident victims.
Mr. Petrov was born in Odessa, Ukraine. He has lived in Southern California since moving to the area as a child in 1989.
In 2004, San Diego State University awarded Mr. Petrov his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration. He attended California Western School of Law in San Diego. He earned his law degree and passed the California state bar examination in 2007. Mr. Petrov is licensed to practice before all California state courts.
After law school, Mr. Petrov worked for a local personal injury law firm. In 2014, he founded Petrov Law Firm with the goal of providing legal services where the clients’ interests came first.
Mr. Petrov has over 15 years of experience helping his clients get compensation and justice from the businesses and people who injured them. Over the course of his career, Mr. Petrov has helped injured clients to recover millions of dollars in injury compensation.
