Jeffrey Proehl joined the Firm in 2005 after practicing in Sioux Falls and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jeff practices in the area of intellectual property law, and as a registered patent attorney represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also counsels clients on issues arising from the use and enforcement of their patents, as well as counseling clients when patents are asserted against them.
