Daniel Walsh

Daniel is an absolute stand up lawyer. I contacted him over the weekend, left him a message, and he called me back less than an hour later, OVER THE WEEKEND! He was GENUINE, SINCERE, and CONFIDENT from the moment I explained my case to him, to when I had my literal day in court(one court date!), he reassured me that I had nothing to be worried about after explaining my civil and criminal history(let’s just say it’s far from squeaky clean!), he explained the situation from a legal standpoint, and let me ask any questions I may have had. He took an unbelievable amount of weight off of my shoulders, and I’m not kidding when I say, I would have paid him just for that alone at that point, but he still treated me like more than a check. I was literally losing sleep before contacting him, and the other lawyers I had spoken to did not give me anywhere near the confidence that he did! Seeing his professional appearance and outward confidence at the courthouse for the first time only bolstered confidence in my decision of legal representation. Not to mention the fact that he worked diligently to get a deal that he knew I would be happy with, and I cannot explain how relieved I was. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my situation due to the CoVid-19 pandemic and for that I am extremely thankful. There is no question who I will be calling in the future, god forbid I need to, and I would definitely recommend Daniel to my own friends and family.
