Danielle GruppChang

Danielle L. GruppChang is Brock & Gonzales, LLP's Lead Class and Representative Action Associate. Danielle was born and raised in the Sonoma County, California.

Danielle is a graduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During her time at UC Hastings, Danielle was a member, board member, and chairman of the UC Hastings Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Danielle has competed nationally and internationally in multiple negotiation and mediation competitions and received numerous awards for mediation, negotiation, and leadership.

Prior to joining Brock & Gonzales, Danielle worked for multiple companies as part of their in-house legal teams as well as at a leading wage and hour class action firm representing the workers of California. Danielle has successfully obtained millions of dollars of recovery for workers and the State of California and has been appointed class counsel in several class action cases.

Now, Danielle fights to ensure that employers are held accountable for their unlawful wage and hour policies and practices. Danielle is passionate about giving all employees a voice and ensuring that they are fairly treated and compensated at work.
