Since 1991, Danielle has focused her practice in estate planning and estate and trust administration, helping clients develop estate plans that address their unique needs. Danielle has experience in drafting numerous estate planning documents including wills and revocable trusts with credit shelter, marital and generation skipping provisions, life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and charitable trusts. She also helps clients with their decisions and execution of durable powers of attorney and advance medical directives. She is also experienced in the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns. Following the death of a loved one, Danielle helps families settle the descendant's final affairs.
Caring and sincere, Danielle takes a very personal approach to representing her clients. Her goal is to become a trusted confidante and the person that her clients go to to solve the problems they cannot solve alone.
Danielle says that "keeping current in the field is extremely important and that she has always been, and will continue to be, very active in the promotion of continued education programs in estates and trusts." She has served as Co-Chair of the Study Group for the Estate & Trust Section of the Maryland Bar Association and currently sits as a member of the Estates and Trusts Section Council. She also currently leads the educational programs for the Maryland Estates and Trusts Bar. In addition, Danielle is on the executive committee of the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council and is and active member of the Charitable Gift and Planning Committee of the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation.
