Darla L. Keen specializes in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Throughout her career, she has also represented numerous clients who have suffered a serious injury or death as a result of taking prescription medications such as Vioxx, Celebrex and/or Bextra.
Darla attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and while in school, served as an associate editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. She has been published in the Kentucky Law Journal as well as in the National Insurance Law Review. Before joining the firm in 2004, Darla spent many years as a defense attorney representing hospitals, nursing homes and physicians in medical malpractice cases. She now represents the injured victims in the same types of cases. Her defense experience is a tremendous benefit to her injured clients when negotiating settlements and trying cases on their behalf.
