A graduate of Bowdoin College and the University of Kentucky College of Law, Jeff has been licensed as an attorney since 1999 across four states (Kentucky, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and now, Pennsylvania). Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Jeff was first licensed to practice law in Kentucky, where he proudly served as a Public Defender in the Appellate Division before serving as trial counsel in three rural counties. As a Public Defender he learned a great deal about the impact he could have as a lawyer and a person for people in need. Jeff tries, every day, to incorporate some of those lessons into his practice as he managed complex civil issues, family disputes, or real estate matters. In 2001, Jeff got married and moved to Rhode Island, where he first entered the field of civil litigation as an attorney working for insurance companies in personal injury cases. Within two years Jeff decided that he craved more variety in his practice, so he joined a small general practice firm, where he was able to meet a wide range of people and explore new areas of the law. In 2007, Jeff moved to Allentown with his wife and two daughters (he now has three) and he has focused his practice on a wide variety of civil matters since that time. Jeff is admitted to all courts of Pennsylvania, including the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and he is a member of the Lehigh County Bar Association.
In addition to the practice of law, Jeff tries to stay active within his community, playing squash and serving on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center and Congregation Keneseth Israel, as well as the Board of Directors of the Parkland Aquatic Club.
