Biography
David A. Domina founded Domina Law Group in 1975. His diverse and extensive trial experience makes him stand out among all other trial lawyers. Just one of the factors that sets Mr. Domina apart is that he is one of only a handful of attorneys to have won a jury verdict for more than $1 billion. He is experienced in handling national, regional and local proceedings for cases that involve commercial litigation, cattle and dairy law, eminent domain, complex personal injury and many others. On his own, he tried over 340 cases to verdict and argued over 250 state and federal appeals.
