I’m writing this review for my dad because he can’t write. I want to say on his behalf that the way he was treated by this office and staff was incredible. He’s always been used to being disrespected and disregarded. Not here, very much the contrary. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure he understood the process, documents, etc. She always called me afterwards to see if my dad understood and make sure there was no questions that weren’t answered.
