Jennifer Hernandez has a general administrative and civil practice with emphasis in the areas of public utility law and environmental law. Jennifer is a former Assistant Attorney General where she defended clients in complex litigation and served as counsel to the Missouri Air Conservation Commission, Safe Drinking Water Commission and the Hazardous Waste Management Commission. Jennifer has extensive Experience appearing before the Administrative Hearing Commission in matters involving the Department of Natural Resources and has appeared before the Missouri Public Service Commission in matters involving electric, natural gas, telecommunications, water and sewer utilities. Jennifer is admitted to practice in Missouri state and federal courts.
