Jennifer S. Carroll is a Board Certified Appellate Lawyer who specializes in civil appeals and complex civil litigation in Florida and federal courts.

Jennifer S. Carroll was in the first group of appellate attorneys in Florida to become Board Certified by The Florida Bar. Ms. Carroll is admitted to practice before all state courts, the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Ms. Carroll has successfully argued appeals that have involved issues on health care, medical malpractice, antitrust, class action litigation, tort claims, RICO, libel law, commercial land trust disputes, probate, and other areas of complex civil litigation.
