      Biography

      In the last decade, Attorney Duncan has had unique experience in many different areas of law. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor’s in political science, he worked as a litigation assistant for a respected firm in New York and was exposed to federal jury trials. Mr. Duncan then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor with Honors from the George Washington University Law School. While he was in law school, he worked as a White House extern for the Executive Office of the President and the United States Department of Justice! After graduation, he litigated business and real estate law, then spent the rest of his career in personal injury law. Currently, Attorney Duncan has opened up his own practice so that he can solely devote himself to relentlessly advocating for the rights of personal injury victims.
