David E. Rehe Esq.

David E. Rehe, Esq., is a trial attorney who has practiced for the past 35 years exclusively in the area of plaintiff's personal injury and defense litigation in both State and Federal courts. He has represented his clients in a wide array of litigated matters including automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, industrial work place injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, construction and environmental litigation, medical malpractice, architect and engineer malpractice matters. Mr. Rehe is admitted both to the New Jersey State Bar and the New York State Bar, as well as being admitted to the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. For more than twenty years, Mr. Rehe has served the New Jersey Superior Court as a court appointed arbitrator in the court's Mandatory Arbitration program. Over his extensive career, Mr. Rehe has had responsible for thousands of litigated matters with settlements and judgements valued in excess of one-hundred million dollars.
