Was in a traffic accident in Toms River NJ. I called the first name I saw on Google. Brandon was a great listener and I knew as soon as we spoke that he was the lawyer for me. I can say that Brandon in a down to earth sincere lawyer who cares about his clients and that alone is a reason to use him because his competitors are kinda scary.

He did a great job explaining the process and Diane had me signed up on a Sunday evening an hour after I spoke with Brandon. The process was long but the settlement was large and I am not sure I would have made it through all the physical therapy without the help of this amazing firm!

I recently settled a case and was represented by the Brandon J. Broderick Law Firm. My feedback is that they are the BEST CAR ACCIDENT LAWYERS in all of Toms River, NJ. The case was fairly straight forward in that I was hit by another car at a stop light “rear-ended” but the pain and issues with my back did not become clear for a while and it turned into 4 operations.
