During his last year with the firm, he also served the City of Austin as a prosecutor. After graduating law school, Parker Polan also joined a respected litigation firm. He then left that firm to begin his private practice. Hayden soon joined Parker, resulting in the formation of Briggle & Polan, PLLC.

I contacted them on their website and chatted with a representative. I was told someone would get in touch with me within an hour. I then received a text message that said someone would be calling me from that number shortly. I was excited to get such a fast response. An hour went by – no call. Another hour went by – no call. I texted the number back and said I had not received a call back yet. No answer. I texted again the next day and no answer. They never even contacted me!! If this is how they treat potential clients, no thank you.

Absolutely horrible. I assigned them to a simple insurance claim that I wasn’t at fault for and after a year invested into my claim they sent me my case files back and withdrawn from my case . Also to mention who knows how much longer they would’ve prolonged my insurance claim if I hadn’t begun calling them frequently to demand the false promises they kept falling short to complete!
