For Dave, it is all about helping people. That is the reason he went to law school, and the reason he became interested in personal injury law, where he fights for people who have had their life turned upside down through no fault of their own. For over 25 years, Dave has dedicated his practice to representing people injured by careless drivers, unsafe premises, and people wrongly denied insurance coverage by Fortune 500 companies who all too often favor profits over paying what they owe. Throughout his career Dave has been part of a collaborative team of attorneys, representing tens of thousands of injured people throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest, fighting to obtain maximum recovery for their clients, in cases both big and small. For example, he was instrumental in establishing creative theories of liability and insurance coverage to help obtain a $2 million settlement for a woman who was paralyzed when a UTV rolled over in a farm field, over $3.2 million for a man severely burned in an apartment fire caused by an arsonist, and $2.5 million for three siblings whose parents were tragically killed by a drunk driver in Wisconsin.
