Best place to call for legal help. I’m not an American citizen and i was passing through an embarrassing situation. I was going through divorce and the person whom i was marry to acuse me of domestic violence, i went to jail and had court on the second day. I was scared because i never pass through this and the people whom i call for legal help did not show any signs of help because i was the man in the relationship and had already gone through the main jail. As soon as i call them they prove me that they were the right people to call and walk me through the whole process as soon as the fallowing day they were able to schedule an appointment with them and i explained my self and on my court day i was able to walk out as a free man. I can’t believe how fast and secure they were able to provide help for me. For sure someone who could be in my position should not hesitate on calling them. Unfortunately freedom has a price but the reality is that at least you can be outside living the american dream you came looking for. I had the best results.

This employer of mine kept harassing me for missing profits as I was the one responsible for handling business money. I got a Second DUI 3 years ago and was still on my informal probation when I got drunk in public in North Central Avenue. It was a wise decision to hiring him, he went above and beyond for us on our case. Communication was never an issue, he was a phone call or just a text away. It was a very stressful and depressing ordeal that I went through, and even though I didn’t do any shopping around when I found this law firm, I’m glad I didn’t. Up until now, I’m still having trouble sharing the darkest and lowest experience of my life. But the people behind the Law Offices of Raoul Severo in Orange County, California, just did an incredible job for me that I ought to repay them. Some years ago, I got charged for sex trafficking children into the United States. It’s a horrendous crime that could imprison me for 20 years max. In my opinion it’s always tough to write about people that were with you when things got tough, but Mr. Raoul Severo was heaven-sent! Let me tell you a little bit about my case… Early January of this year, I was charged with 2nd degree possession of a firearm in a school zone. I was facing mandatory minimum of 3.5 years, up to 15 years in prision. I felt doomed and pessimistic besides this new arrest I was on active probation and required to have no police contact. Mr. Severo asked me to be completely honest and detailed with him regarding the events leading to my arrest. He was compassionate, reasonable, honest, and answered all my questions and text messages . I have texted at 11:45 pm and 6:30 am and always got answered. My charges and case were dismissed, without my presence in court. Mr. Severo and his team are amazing best law firm and attorneys in CA.

I worked with Mr. Severo on a case that recently concluded in the Bay Area. I had no prior run-ins with the law and was arrested in relation to some property damage I caused one night when alcohol was involved. Even though the damage was accidental, I was arrested and charged with a Felony based on the cost of the damage. Not only was Mr. Severo completely professional, knowledgeable and extremely competent, he was also extremely kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. Having never been in any legal trouble before, and now dealing with a Felony charge that could potentially result in extremely serious, lifelong, negative consequences, I was under an immense amount of stress. Mr. Severo was extremely understanding and reassuring the whole time, and went out of his way to make sure I knew what to expect and what our plan of action would be in court. During the hearing, Mr. Severo was able to convince the court that the incident was accidental and get the charges dropped completely. They had suggested probation, anger management classes and/or community service and Mr. Severo was able to get those taken off the table and the charges to be dropped entirely with no lasting legal consequences. Mr. Severo was not only an extremely competent criminal defense attorney who really went out of his way to ensure that there would be minimal (in this case: no) legal repercussions for the incident that occured, but also an extremely kind, reassuring, and understanding person. If I ever need to hire another criminal defense attorney (which I am hoping I never do,) I would not hesitate to work with Mr. Severo again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking.

My family & I hired Raoul and his team to handle a complex case that involved very serious criminal charges, restraining order, and a nasty divorce with lots of assets and children. The case started when the wife called the police claiming that she was attacked. The police came and made an arrest. The DA filled charges for domestic violence and assaulting a police officer. The DA also filed a criminal stay away order. Which was followed by a restraining order. Few months went by, Raoul litigated the case vigorously and was able to get the felony and misdemeanor charges dismissed. Which was amazing. Considering the jail exposure and the overall repercussion of having a felony conviction. Having a criminal conviction, or restraining order can prevent you from having custody of your children and effecting spousal support. That being said, I did have problems with communication with the Law Offices of Raoul Severo. While Raoul Severo would call to give me updates, once sentencing was entered, I had a hard time reaching him to discuss probation issues. I actually re-hired Law Offices of Raoul Severo to deal with post-sentencing modification. Again, they did an excellent job with that, but communication with the firm about my Sexual Assault case could be better.

Raoul Severo was such a great Attorney, and honestly speaking worth every penny! Not only did he follow through with everything he said, but he also became someone I can trust. I believe my Sexual Assault case worked in the best way it could, and I don’t think I would have accomplished all I have without Raoul Severo assistance. I know that every case is different very rarely are they alike my experience was my first time getting a private lawyer experience I had with this one I don’t think I’ll never do it again I only met one of the so called 7 lawyer team the lawyer had me come in to discuss my case when I got there and wait for him he was late we discussed nothing of the case he told me he will give me a ride to court and that’s when we will discuss it. the next day when we went to court we stopped in Palmdale for who-knows-how-long which made me meat for my court and we did not discuss my case the lawyer was on the phone on all the way up to the courthouse I can go to would not be discussing anything on my case. I was not happy with what was going on, he told me to bring certain evidence to help prove in my side of the trial lawyer acting like you were scared of Theda and didnt even question the DEA he also asked me about my SSI mental disability and he laughed at me’ mycase we passed through the seven lawyers that did not know anything going on in my case or put anything together as a defense or anything to go to approach the Dea. lawyers had me sign a paper stating that they would take over and go to the court for me cuz of the distance to next court date a warrant was issued for my arrest because I didn’t show up in court because the new lawyer of course was unaware of what was going on so therefore the judge issued a warrant out for my arrest lawyer who everyone was asking where I was the lawyer replied I don’t know but I’m here didn’t even have the decency to notify me that was going to have a warrant neither did the team of lawyers and said nothing to me a crime was that bogus mylar team was 100% bogus I would never recommend them to anybody take your chance to get something you do if you don’t want you don’t just like me I wish I could get my money back or some of it because they charge way too much for them doing absolutely nothing
