    Mr. Conlon is a consummate professional. He is direct and knows how to advise. I’ve never been is a situation such as I experienced when an insurance company refused to pay what they owed according to state laws and expectations of coverage. I was on a bicycle on a one-way road, wearing florescent yellow and flashing a red warning light. I was wearing a mirror, made appropriate signal to cross the wide lane. Conlan Tarker took care of my claim, assured me it would work out and got the results. I was ready to settle early, only seeking $250 for repairs and new helmet. We were awarded 46$K minus costs and Medicare Lien. I’m totally satisfied.
