Biography
As part of his labor and employment practice, Jim has handled matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Commission for Human Rights, the Texas Employment Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the Department of Labor. Jim has been involved with negotiations surrounding collective bargaining and has arbitrated many cases under collective bargaining agreements. Jim has tried employment-related lawsuits before both state and federal courts.
