David M. Perez

David M. Perez is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His practice focuses on litigation including medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, premises liability, general liability defense, insurance defense, professional malpractice and administrative law. In addition, Mr. Perez represents condominium and homeowner associations as well as their directors and officers in matters arising out of alleged violations of fiduciary duties, breach of contract and any and all other types of allegations arising from this area of law.

A graduate of the University of Miami, Mr. Perez received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, with a minor in real estate, in 2002. In 2006, Mr. Perez earned a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He served as a board member for two years on both the DePaul Latino Law Student Association and the Illinois Latino Law Student Association.

While in law school, Mr. Perez clerked at the Cook County State Attorney's Office and worked in the DePaul University Community Development Legal Clinic.

Mr. Perez is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
