Rebecca T Rojas

Rebecca Rojas graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2010. From 2010 until 2013, she worked with the San Diego Fire Lawyers representing victims of the 2007 Witch Creek, Guejito and Rice Canyon wildfires. Along with a team of experienced litigators, Rebecca handled dozens of cases for victims in Rancho Bernardo, Ramona, Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido and Fallbrook for damages to individuals, homes, property, and businesses. Rebecca met personally with clients to assist them in developing the full scope of their damages. Each case was resolved either prior to mediation or during mediation with settlement payouts ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to several million. From 2013 to 2014, Rebecca also assisted experienced fire lawyers who successfully litigated against two utilities for damages caused by the 2011 Las Conchas fires in New Mexico on behalf of the plaintiffs.

Rebecca joined Banning LLP in 2014. Since joining the firm, Rebecca has fought zealously for the rights of injured individuals, including maritime workers and persons injured in automobile cases, work accidents involving third parties, or for injuries occurring on U.S. navigable waters or international waters. Rebecca has represented clients in products liability cases, negligence cases, and wrongful death cases.
