Attorney Dave Tschantz attended John Carroll University in Cleveland and completed his law degree at the University of Akron. Since that time, Dave has been practicing in civil litigation and he joined the Gervelis Law Firm in 2011. He focuses his practice on representing people injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. His experience includes cases involving complex orthopedic injuries (spine, shoulders, knees), brain injuries, and wrongful death.
A lifelong Ohio resident, Dave grew up in Akron and currently lives in Portage County. He is active in local legal bar associations and professional organizations, including the Mahoning Trumbull County Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Scanlon-Bell Inn of Court in Akron. He is licensed to practice in the Courts of Ohio and the Federal Northern District of Ohio.
