Clyne & Associates, P.A. (“C&A”) predecessor firm was formed in 1993. It was the first majority African-American, woman-owned commercial law firm in South Florida. C&A currently has six attorneys. Mr. Clyne is an AV Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He has successfully tried over 25 civil jury trials in federal and state court, and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Third and Fourth District Court of Appeals for the State of Florida. Mr. Clyne concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, products liability, contract disputes, automobile negligence cases, and commercial litigation. He also serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association on the Commercial Law Panel.
