The Honorable John B. Bush is a former Circuit Judge in Alabama. Judge Bush retired in 2016 after 30 years of service for the 19th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. Judge Bush was a presiding Judge in over 36,000 cases; including all types of Civil, Domestic Relations and Criminal matters and trials.
He began a Mediation practice upon retirement consisting of approximately 65% Domestic Relations and 35% Civil cases resulting in a 70 -75% settlement rate. Judge Bush is also available for Arbitration and Private Judging.
