Debrah L. Zeitler is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Zeitler's practice involves the representation of employers, self-insured employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers' compensation claims in Florida. Ms. Zeitler has appeared before Judges of Compensation Claims throughout the entire State of Florida and has handled numerous workers' compensation appeals. Ms. Zeitler became recognized by the Florida Bar as an expert in workers' compensation law in 2006, when she became Board Certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Ms. Zeitler is certified as an instructor by Florida Department of Financial Services and has presented numerous classes and seminars to employers and claims adjusters throughout the State.Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Zeitler was a named partner with the law firm of Moore, Peterson & Zeitler, P.A., in Orlando, mainly focusing her practice in workers' compensation related matters.
Ms. Zeitler received her Bachelor of Science cum laude in International Affairs from Florida State University in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from The College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia, in 1994.
Ms. Zeitler is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section. She is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Defense Research Institute
