I own a small legal practice with its foundation built on a strong client-attorney relationship. I pride myself on making certain that I maximize the favorable results for my clients whether it be a dismissal of the case or a strong settlement that will free my clients from the burdens that a legal action cause.
My practice focuses primarily on personal injury and criminal law. I work diligently to get bottom line results for my injury and criminal clients. For people with a complex legal issue, they can be assured that I will sit down with them and personally go over the details of the case that can make a huge difference in the outcome. My time in front of a jury has helped me understand what information should be presented at trial and what work can be done now to ensure a favorable verdict.
My clients generally benefit greatly because of the fact that I was a major crimes prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for several years. This means that I have trial experience that most lawyers twice my age cannot come close to. I also have built lasting relationships with the judges, attorney's, prosecutors, and other important figures in the legal community.

Description: Assisted Douglas County Attorney with personal research and litigation projects. Drafted language for new statue implemented in Nebraska Criminal Code.
Deputy County Attorney Maricopa County Attorney's Office

Description: Prosecuted felony offenders in the Major Crimes Bureau.
