Biography
With more than twenty five years of experience in appellate and trial-level litigation, I offer unrelenting representation of my clients' interests, working primarily with other attorneys to present the best possible written product for their clients' substantive motions and appeals. I was the primary briefing attorney for more than 11,000 plaintiffs injured while working in the rescue, recovery and clean-up following the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center and have worked on both plaintiff and defense matters as well as within the New York State court system.
