Biography
For thirty plus years John Fitch, founder and head attorney at The Fitch Law Firm has been serving injury and accident victims throughout Ohio with all types of personal injury cases including vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian), medical malpractice, product liability, bad medical devices and drugs, social security disability claims, sexual abuse, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury and more.
Mr. Fitch has helped many individuals and families recover significant settlements and awards, including a number of recoveries in excess of one million dollars.
Mr. Fitch is a past president of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers’ Association. He has also been active in a number of other bar associations, including the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
