Richard S. Blache

Richard S. Blache, Esq. graduated with honors from Rutgers School of Law in 2016. After graduating law school, Mr. Blache clerked for the Honorable Martha T. Royster, J.S.C. in Hudson County. After his clerkship, Mr. Blache joined the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender as a trial attorney, where he represented individuals accused of crimes ranging from drug possession to murder. While at the Public Defender's office, Mr. Blache gained a tremendous amount of experience. He not only had success obtaining acquittals for clients facing lengthy prison sentences at trial, but he also developed a robust motion practice and has had evidence suppressed and cases dismissed. At Elias & Gonzalez, LLC, Mr. Blache will continue to advocate on behalf of individuals charged with crimes in both Superior and Municipal Court. Mr. Blache will also bring his experience as a trial attorney to represent individuals in personal injury matters.
