Devon Malloy joined Hardin Thompson, PC in September 2021. Her practice has mainly focused on insurance defense cases involving premises liability, auto accidents and negligence actions. Prior to working at the firm, Ms. Malloy worked at firms within the Pittsburgh and Johnstown area focusing in civil litigation.
Ms. Malloy grew up in the Johnstown area and attended undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown achieving degrees in Political Science and Political Communications. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Claud W. Pettit College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Malloy served as a Research Assistant in the area of Administrative Law. She also competed in Moot Court and ultimately became a member of the judicial board for the team.
Ms. Malloy is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association where she serves as the Zone Chair for the county. She is also involved as a Director of the Pennsylvania Young Lawyers Division Mock Trial Program.
