Robert D. Rosen

Robert D. Rosen is a founding member of the Law Offices of Ira M. Perlman, P.C. and Robert D. Rosen, P.C.

His entire career has been spent advocating and fighting for the rights of victims in negligence actions including premises/sidewalk accidents, construction site accidents, car and truck accidents as well as victims of medical malpractice and nursing home neglect.

Mr. Rosen takes pride in zealously representing his clients over the past 35 years and fully understands the need to maximize each recovery to fully and fairly compensate for the impact to the victim’s life caused by injuries suffered or the death of a loved one due to the negligence of others. He is admitted to practice law in all Courts of the State of New York and the Eastern District of the Federal Court of New York. In addition to litigating cases in the Trial Courts Mr. Rosen briefs and argues cases in the Appellate Courts when Appellate review is required.
