Robert assists commercial clients through a broad range of services that incorporate several of Houston Harbaugh’s practice groups. From preliminary and preventative guidance to complex litigation issues, Robert services these clients in many different ways on a regular basis. He practices regularly in the courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Robert has a background in insurance defense litigation which allowed him to regularly represent insureds in mass tort, product defect, and warranty cases. Since joining Houston Harbaugh, he has maintained a diverse work load which has included insurance and bad faith, products liability, latent injury matters, catastrophic injury defense, and intellectual property disputes. Robert also regularly employs his legal research and writing ability in a supportive role to many others in the firm who are attempting to address novel or nuanced issues.
His practice focuses on business, insurance, tort and intellectual property litigation.
