Worst first experience possible, I’m sure. Valliant is dishonest attorney. He doesn’t explain legal procedures correctly because he simply does not know. If you want something done, expect to wait a year or longer as he is always “out of the office” and you must call repeatedly to get things started. His attorney does not know anything either and will give you the run around along with incorrect information. He has no patience and no control over his anger, especially when caught in a lie. Not to mention he has no clue of what happened to court documents from inside his office.. Wow! Face it John, it’s time to retire!
