Biography
Mr. Smith is the Director of Administration and Controller for Levin Papantonio Rafferty. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and continued his studies at Alabama by earning a Masters degree in Tax Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Alabama. Mr. Smith received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Birmingham School of Law, graduating third in his class. Mr. Smith is a member of the American Bar Association and is currently admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama. Robert and his wife, Becky live in Fairhope, Alabama with their two children.
