Douglas I. Wall

Douglas I. Wall is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., and also practices from the firm's Miami office. His practice is focused in the areas of construction defect litigation, commercial litigation and professional liability. He has successfully represented clients in litigation in state courts and before arbitration panels. Mr. Wall represents architects, engineers, general contractors, interior designers, developers, construction managers, sub-tradesmen, custom home builders, and those involved in the design and execution of constructions projects. His experience includes handling complex, multi-party civil litigation in construction defect matters; and subrogation claims, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, automobile negligence, intellectual property, insurance defense litigation, sinkhole claims, first party insurance claims and general liability.

Mr. Wall has been handling construction defect matters and professional liability cases since 2002 at various Florida law offices in Orlando and South Florida. He is knowledgeable in most areas of construction. His dedication and training in this area of law began early in his life by assisting contractors in several trade areas both prior to and while in college. While in college, a large part of his undergraduate education was concentrated in engineering and science. And prior to attending law school, he spent five years working as a complex civil litigation paralegal for both plaintiff and defense firms in South Florida. While in law school, he clerked for two years with a firm in Lake City, Florida, while also taking extra classes to receive a certificate of minor specialization in Intellectual Property.

Mr. Wall earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida in 2001 and his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida in 1997.

Mr. Wall is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Wall is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
