John W. Bolanovich

John Bolanovich is a Partner with the central Florida law firm Bogin, Munns & Munns, and has extensive experience in commercial litigation and employment law, representing clients in a wide variety of matters. He has litigated cases before state and federal circuits throughout Florida. John also has experience in defending class action lawsuits involving residential real estate transactions and construction defect claims.

John has held teaching positions at several colleges and universities in Florida. At Valencia Community College/Walt Disney World Center for Culinary and Hospitality Arts, he taught courses on Hospitality Law and Introduction to Hospitality Management. Also at Valencia Community College, he taught Legal Research & Theory and Paralegal Studies. In addition, John taught Legal Issues in the Hospitality Industry at the University of Central Florida, Rosen School of Hospitality Management and served as the Director of Practicum Education at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami.

Prior to entering the legal profession, John rose to executive-level management positions with several large hotel management companies. This experience in hospitality management gives him a keen insight into the inner workings of a business and the dynamics between employees and their employers in his practice of employment law. In all of his areas of practice, John can quickly clarify complicated issues, assess the extent of any exposure to his clients, and effectively communicate the benefits and risks of protracted litigation or guide his clients through strategic negotiations to obtain a reasonable early settlement. His likeability and effective courtroom demeanor contribute to his ability to obtain favorable results for his clients.
