John W. Greer

Attorney John W. Greer has worked exclusively on the plaintiff's side of personal injury since he first began his legal career. Mr. Greer specializes in cases involving catastrophic injury, many of which require drawn-out litigation and trial. He has been personally responsible for multiple high-value settlements at all stages of the litigation process.

John handles a complex caseload, requiring him to frequently write and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for mediation and trial. He has been fortunate to have worked with prominent San Diego trial attorneys, which has helped him develop crucial advocacy skills.

During law school, John was a member of the Dean's Honor List for four consecutive semesters, received the American Jurisprudence Award for Enviornmental Law, and was vice president of the Environmental Law Society. He was also the director of the Community Outreach Committee, the homeless outreach arm of the Student Bar Association on campus.

Mr. Greer is a resident of San Diego who spends his off hours surfing, cycling, swimming, and snowboarding. He is a former cross-country star, and still regularly runs half-marathons, triathlons, and bikes over 80 miles a week.
