JOHNNY FELDER, in addition to his general personal injury and general business litigation practices has also represented a series of automobile dealers in litigation involving RICO and Breach of Contract Claims. Mr. Felder served as class counsel in the recent antitrust litigation involving Heath Care Plaintiffs against Hillenbrand Industries, resulting in one of the largest private antitrust settlements in the history of the United States. Mr. Felder was an attorney who worked for the State of South Carolina in the tobacco litigation. He also served on the Steering Committee in the recent Graniteville train disaster litigation and is currently a member of the Economic Loss Steering Committee in the Renu Recall litigation.
Mr. Felder is married to the former Elizabeth Ann Loadholt and has three children; two sons (Gressette and William) and one daughter (Anna).
