Biography
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Barnes began his legal career at a small firm in Hampton, New Hampshire representing plaintiffs in personal injury and worker’s compensation matters.
After almost three years of practicing in New Hampshire, Mr. Barnes relocated to the Boston area and began working at a mid-sized firm located in Boston, Massachusetts where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation disputes, insurance and tort defense, premises liability, employment matters, construction litigation, and professional practices.
Mr. Barnes then joined CHA&E in 2015 as an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Barnes represents both plaintiffs and defendants in construction litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation, and personal injury.
